To support a fast and paperless entry experience, Digital Hut Events does not mail physical paper tickets. As soon as your payment status is marked as paid in our system, your digital tickets are generated instantly. You will receive them via two channels:
Email Notification: A confirmation email will be sent containing your receipt and your secure digital tickets attached.
SMS Notification: A text message containing a direct link to your digital ticket will be sent to your registered mobile phone number.
Each digital ticket contains a unique, high-resolution QR code. You do not need to print this out; simply open the ticket on your smartphone screen when arriving at the venue.
