1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Digital Hut Events platform (the "Platform"), whether as a visitor, an event attendee, an event organizer, or an operational staff member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Digital Hut Events provides a multi-tenant event management and ticketing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows event organizers to create, manage, and promote events, and enables attendees to discover and purchase tickets. Transactions are processed securely through integrated third-party payment gateways.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords.
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to Platform administration immediately.
4. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers represent and warrant that all event details, pricing, venue arrangements, and licensing are accurate and legally compliant.
Organizers are solely responsible for fulfilling their obligations to ticket buyers and managing event cancellations, venue safety, and layout verification.
Organizers agree to the platform fee configuration and payout schedules defined upon event publishing.
5. Attendee Purchasing and Refunds
All ticket purchases are final unless specified otherwise by the event organizer's explicit refund policy.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, refunds are subject to the specific organizer's workflow and the capabilities of the designated payment gateway.
Tickets are delivered digitally via email or SMS with unique QR codes. Unauthorized replication or resale of these tickets is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to exploit the platform to upload defamatory or illegal content, circumvent ticketing limitations, tamper with payment or verification mechanisms, or scrape data without authorization.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital Hut Events acts strictly as an intermediary platform between organizers and attendees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Hut Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, personal injury at venues, or transaction failures executed through third-party gateways.
